Pumpkin Hummus

Protein Infused Pumpkin Hummus

Yield: 3 cups (6 servings)


  • 15 oz. of can garbanzo beans (drained)
  • 1 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop of MD Ana Concentrate Unflavored
  • 1 oz. of lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. of almond butter
  • 2 oz. of olive oil
  • 2 tsp. of cayenne
  • 2 tbsp. of pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp. of sea salt
  • 1 tsp. of white pepper

1. Put all of the ingredients besides the oil and add to a food processor until smooth. Scrape the outsides of the food processor and continue to puree.

2. While the food processor is running, slowly add the oil until it is completely incorporated.
