Protein Packed Guacamole

Yield: 2 Portions

Ingredients:

  • 2 fresh Avocados (skinned and pitted)
  • ¼ cup of tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 oz. of red onion (diced)
  • 1 oz. of cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tsp. of garlic (minced)
  • ¼ oz. of jalapeno (minced)
  • 1 tbsp. of cumin
  • ¼ tsp. of salt
  • 1 tsp. of mild chili powder
  • 2 limes (juiced)
  • 1 scoop of MD Ana Concentrate Unflavored
  • A/N gluten free tortilla chips

 

Directions:

 

1. Add all ingredients to a food processor. Puree until the consistency is smooth.

2. Serve with gluten free tortilla chips.

3. Store in an airtight container for up to 48 hours.
